Oak & Pine Design was founded by Hannah Byrd, reflecting a new chapter, one rooted in thoughtful living, elevated design, and a deeper sense of purpose behind the spaces she creates. Hannah grew up in Pinehurst, the land of the pines and now lives in Raleigh, the City of Oaks. Between these two places, this next chapter began to take shape, and the name itself became an honest reflection of where she is today.

With a background in Interior Architecture and Design and with nearly a decade of experience in luxury residential design, Hannah brings both creative intuition and technical expertise to every project. Her work is grounded in the belief that exceptional design begins with understanding the people who live within it, creating homes that feel soulful, functional, inviting, and enduring. From custom homes and renovations, to full service furnishings, Oak & Pine Design specializes in crafting layered, deeply personal spaces designed to be lived in beautifully.

Collaboration also felt deeply important to Hannah as she stepped into this new chapter. She believes business is strongest when built on support rather than competition. Because of that, Oak & Pine Design will be partnering with Sunday Row Interiors. Hannah and LuAnne Howard share a similar philosophy and belief that while they are strong independently, they are even stronger together.
